Aaaaand back down. Good ole water weight fluctuations!

Omron is now showing 9.9% body fat; revised my height setting slightly after trying to get a better measurement. The more accurate, the better, even if I'm now suddenly a half inch shorter :)
152.2 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
