I've been feeling really unwell the last 2 days so I think this "gain" is not accurate....
190.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you are not well, I wouldn’t worry about the gain, our body takes in more water to help carry the white blood cells to the area where the inflammation is , so will pass a couple days after you feel better again. So drink even more water (I know that makes no sense, but will help)
