Well here's to hoping by Sunday that I will see the 50's! I think this new way of eating is much better than what I was doing. I feel much more satisfied during the day so staying on track is easier when your not hungry all the time!
260.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 80.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
