Definitely thinking that I need more water! I have been following it very close and the weight just doesn't seem to be leaving as fast as it has in the past. I have not "cheated" even once. I have had some coconut rum on occasion though. I need to just drink normal rum. No more coconut. I am not eating much cheese, but I am eating four eggs a day with some ground sausage. I have heard that sausage has so much crap in it that it might delay weight loss. I will try to watch those kinds of meats more closely. My goal for the next two weeks will be drinking 128oz of water/day.
