10 miles reached Thursday (2/13)

Lost another pound. Will celebrate while I can -- I did terrible yesterday. Went to Famous Dave's Barbecue for Valentine's Day. And ate 7 Lindor chocolate balls.... Oh well, gotta jump back on the wagon.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Holidays are the worst, aren't they? Congrats on losing weight despite that. Must be all that running! I just can't run (unless someone is chasing me, lol) Have a good week.
