Def didn't expect this. I'm still struggling with adding calories. Still trying to get around 2100 to 2200 steps a day. Its just hard to get my mind in the right place because losing is a good thing right? I know I don't need to lose anymore I just need to work on inches. Any suggestions anyone?
101.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
