We'll 1lb off bit of a surprise really as I'm still not on track. I've stocked up on fruit today so plan on sticking to it this week just hope the willpower holds.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
