I am pleasantly surprised at this morning's weight because I did not do my supplemental Dance workout yesterday, but I did 1 flight of stairs 3xs yesterday -- had to go see a co-worker 3xs yesterday, so I guess that helped make a difference!
But NOT SO SURE HOW VALENTINE WEEKEND WILL GO :-0
