today im started again on my journey i weight 358 and my goal is to be under 300 by my Birthday sept 19 i wish you the best of luck we can do this somehow im going to put all my willpower to work ,i just cant seem to stay on track but i got to do this now i can't wait another day to start over i dont want to die like this .i pray i can stay with this once and for all .
