I am not sure if this was "water weight," but I woke up 3 pounds lighter. My blood pressure medicine was changed from 12.5mg to 25mg on the diuretic.

I added the Dance workout to my exercise routine, which helped me burn extra calories. IDK, but I'll take it! #motivaton4me
222.4 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
