Weekly Average Weight: 168.1 Lbs/76.24 Kg
Weekly Average Fat Mass: 34.2 Lbs/15.51 Kg
Weekly Average Fat %: 20.35%

Well my main goal was to lower the Fat Mass, however I may had gained Muscle when I decided to Carb Cycle. 😅
169.3 lb Lost so far: 35.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
