Weighted 3 times in an hour to make sure I broke the 190 floor. 15-20 lbs to go, so maybe by Thanksgiving I'll be able to eat anything I want.
189.5 lb Lost so far: 12.7 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
