All of my blood work came out just about perfect in Boston! So I'm very thankful for that! We also had a friend (who was a great Dad and person in general) pass away on Father's day. It was a major shock and I definitely turned to food to cope. I need to work on that. Getting back on track today. God bless you all and hope you have a great day 💗
