I caved and ate 3 100 cal chocolate bars Friday

I started my TOM on Tuesday.

Dh on Tuesday after some sours

Extra Protein on Saturday - beef

Still not burning

French toast - Fri-Monday
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
