Week one of " I Quit Sugar" 8 wk program. Yesterday was day 4 and the cravings were bad. I made it through with a few pieces of sugar free gum. Best gum EVER! LOL
213.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week
