Is it possible my husband is sabotaging me? It has only been 3 days since I started this portion control thing and he insists we go out to dinner. Claims PF Chang's has items on the gluten free menu we can eat, things that are low carb. Well I went to the PF Chang menu and the low carb items on the GF menu were LIMITED!!!!! I was not going to go to PF Changs for my last meal of the day and be tempted into CHEATING!!!!! So I offered him the alternative of Outback (our choices were ruled by the gift cards in my wallet). AH HA! He looked at the menu and said okay to Outback. I managed to keep my net carbs down but it was a CHALLENGE! I really really love good food.
