This week, I gave up Diet Coke and all sodas!! It was tough at the beginning of the week, but I have been replacing soda with water, iced tea and Skinny Water. YAY!!! :)
147.2 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.8 lb a week
