Little discouraged. Stayed within calories except one day when I blew it. But 5 lbs?

Focus on your non scale victories. You may have strayed one day, but you followed your regimen for 6 other days. That's kind of amazing. Weight will fluctuate. Weigh yourself less often and go for the long goal. (I have to stop myself from weighing daily, it only will make me angry)

I would weigh myself daily only to become frustrated too. My pants are Baggie and my waist is slimming so I moved the scale to my office and refrain. muscle weighs more than fat.

I have refrained from weighing in daily. Hope I find some exciting results at the end of the week!

You should only weigh yourself once a week. As soon as you wake up after using the toilet and naked. That's a true weight measurement.
