Had a couple of "bad" nights as far as extra snacking.
350.4 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 75.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2171 kcal Fat: 62.61g | Prot: 143.97g | Carb: 256.18g.   Breakfast: Wheaties Fuel Cereal, Carb Master Strawberry Banana Yogurt. Lunch: Multi Grain Cheesy Cheddar, kraft light mayo, Roast Beef Double Meat. Dinner: 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Grits, Egg Substitute (Frozen or Liquid), Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links. Snacks/Other: Meat Lasagna (11.1 oz), Tuna Roll, Rainbow Roll, Naturals General Tso’s Chicken. more...
