it is truly stuck this time I had so wanted to get down five more pounds before I see my doctor we will see what the next couple days brings its not till July then maybe I won't have to do another stress test just a thought 🤣🤣
169.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
