i fell off the wagon. and i got so far behind that i started to avoid even getting online. but i dont want to keep gaining weight...and i found when i was on here I was eating better and more active. so i am going to get back on again. i want to feel sexy for my fiancee again. i want to put on my swimsuit and feel great and not want to hide from the public.

Stick with it, Meg - I let a few pounds slip here and there when I was your age and I ended up needing to lose almost 200! I have shed about 75 since last September and am determined not to get that big again.

I am guilty of the same thing... when I have fell off the wagon, and cant see any hope in returning to a routine, I basically avoid fatsecret lol Cheer up hun. You CAN do this. Keep yourself in check. THINK about everything before you act. Ask yourself if you would have a problem recording it in your diet calendar. Do whatever exercise you can- every little bit counts! Let your fiance be your inspiration. Let a goal outfit be your motivation. Hang in there, and Good luck
