Yay! Yay! Yay! I have completed 6 weeks on the Prism program. It has not been easy but I have been blessed immensely. I am so pleased with the weight and inches lost but even more excited about the decrease in the agony and guilt related to food. I feel confident in my ability to stick with something like this, with the help of God and my friends.
