to win I can not get up set at the challenge I face , It took over a year to get here and I know it will take a year to loose and learn to maintain Keep your eyes straight and stay alert to your day to day purpose

keep on going your body is having tizzy fits but it will have to get used to all the changes coming its way I will beat this and I will maintain

weird day today a little off beat but keep going it will show up sooner than you think

well I am still working on it but it seems to be a fight with my spirit and my body, I really want to just forget it and then I still have to journal it so I can not cheat because I need to write it down, then I see what I did and get discouraged but I will not quit.I am having a hard time and I know I can do it so I am making another commitment today for the next day and every day until I win this battle and then the war, I will maintain after I loose the weight until I know it by heart, I can have 8400 calories per week when I added them up I still only used 6800 for the week , I am feeling better when I put out the whole picture for me to see

well my body starting to know I am really doing this and has decided to join in ,I lost another pound and I feel better now . I know not to get to smart or I will loose out again and that is not acceptable at all, I will go on until I get to my goal and then maintain , maintain and maintain that is my formula for the rest of my life
