Started 5:2 again ballet once a week, weekends 8km each day along Blairgowrie beach. Start exercising in mornings 3 days a week x
166.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
