well this was a pleasant surprise this morning! I was too eager to wait until my regular weigh in day so i jump on the scale this morning and down another 2 lbs! almost at my second goal of 220!!! I cant wait to see myself in the two-teens. this is the lowest weigh i have been in over five years!
222.5 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
