Ok, I think the night I weighted myself at 158, was a straight up fluke, but IDK how it happened. I also think I am putting on more muscle than actually looooosing wieght. I dont feel discouraged at all. Last night I thought we were going to Carrino's and we ended up at Bonefish, all part of his plan ;) and I actually made a better food decision at bonefish (I LOOOOVE THEIR TILAPIA!)
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ooh I LOVE Bonefish (though I always get the bang bang shrimp). Carrino's has a chicken diablo that is under 500 calories, thats a stand by for me when eating out. NIce job staying focused...
