HI there, I'm very sad that after following the Phase 1 of the South Beach diet I just los 500 grams=1.1 pounds, my husband did it with me and he lost 4 kilos!!! 8.8 pounds ...sniff I was exercising daily for 30 mins... let's see if I can do better with phase 2.
It was true, all cravings went away and I reduced the amount of bad carbs going to my body, but it is so dissapointing, I had higher expectations...I feel so bad sniff...sniff
