Week in review:
- stayed in ketosis for the whole week
- followed diet fairly well
- went for a 3.86 mi hike with a 1000 ft elevation gain
- lost 8 lbs - WOO HOO!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.0 lb a week
