Lost about 2lbs! I was getting scared when the scale went up, but today I was relieved to see my results. I'm sure it will continue to flucuate as I grow muscle, but I feel so much better already.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 11.3 lb.    Still to go: 49.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
