Hit the gym 3x this week, 30 mins each visit.
Love that morning energy boost it gives me.
Still need to climb out of bed & get that workout 5x!
Am loving the intermittent warm days we get - 20-30 min walk w/ Baylee.
327.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
