Well, alot has changed since my last journal entry. I didn't get to go to the beach with my boyfriend in August. We stopped seeing each other pretty much in July. I started a 2nd job in September and have been working it pretty much every night in January (this month). I also started a 3rd job with my church just working on Saturdays for 5 hours in the afternoon/evening. I quit going to the gym, but my 2nd job is kinda physically challenging... climbing ladders, squatting, moving my arms back and forth and over my head (the job??? doing inventory at local stores). Anyway, I think it has helped me lose the stubborn weight. Now, I've added the Dr. Oz Swimsuit Skinny Drink. It's 1 c. Grapefruit juice, 1 tsp. honey, and 2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar before each meal. I only do it for lunch right now, but will excalate as I see fit. What it does is help your body release the stored fat.
