So we measured this morning after 3 weeks and here are the results:
RIGHT ARM-NO CHANGE
LEFT ARM- 3.5 INCHES LOST
WAIST-LOST 3 INCHES
RIGHT THIGH-LOST 1.5 INCHES
LEFT THIGH- LOST 1 INCH
CHEST-LOST 3 INCHES.

Now if we only knew if we were doing it right!!!! Any helpful tips would be appreciated.
270.8 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
