Soup for lunch. Salad for dinner. No potatoes. No rice. No pasta. More veggie and smaller portions. 2 meals a day. Up the liquids.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
