I really like doing jillian Michaels' routines too. I've been doing a bunch of them for months now and have lost a boatload of weight, and starting to cut up pretty nicely too. I must admit though that her Cardio Kickbox is my absolute favorite. No matter how I'm feeling that day, it guarantees a very serious sweat. And if I don't sweat I'm wasting my time.
