I slipped up a few times, but mostly it was because the people surrounding me all but forced me to eat terrible food (mostly by refusing to leave me behind at my insistence when they went out to eat). But I'm back on track now, and I'm feeling good about next week!
209.4 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
