I managed a couple of extra sets of sit ups and push ups last night. I guess I was feeling motivated to I turned my excitement into action. I wish the snow would melt so I could get out and ride my bicycle.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
