드디어 움직이기 시작한다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
진짜 몇 달을 안 움직여서 체중은 포기하고 그냥 체지방만 빼자 했는데 몸무게도 움직인다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
153.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
