stuck at 201 for a few days now. i need to remember that 1 lb a week is normal and not to get sad that i'm not dropping faster. i can't get to the gym but my job is demanding so i need to pump it at work throwing the truck faster and walking faster.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
