Surprisingly, I continue to lose weight just by making a few more adjustments. Now I fill in my "snacks" with either two oranges or a cup of greek yogurt. My occasional workouts don't hurt either. lol. I have incorporated mushrooms and zucchini into my diet more than ever now. I have been thinking about dropping approximately another 10lbs, but I'm not ready to mentally make that commitment just yet. If it happens, it happens, but I have to admit that I am enjoying the 2 lbs drop that I have experienced in spite of the new year holiday eating frenzy that happens yearly.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
