I am going to finish this bottle of HCG drops....that may turn into five pounds or not. Entering the week before my period and am hungry, cranky, bloated.
In addition, stressful week this week and next. Gotta love it! I have checked the nutrition information on my bars....Builder's Bar by Cliff is the only one I've found without high fructose corn syrup...it has sugar. So that may be my meal replacement alternative for those days that I am in a rush.
Have to figure out what to eat for breakfast that isn't a ton of carbs...is oatmeal sufficient? I'll have to figure out how to add protein.
