well, I'm not proud of where my weight is but I am proud that I have chosen to begin making changes again.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1833 kcal Fat: 92.51g | Prot: 66.24g | Carb: 188.13g.   Breakfast: Sugar, Great Value Almond Milk Vanilla, Coffee, Cereal with Milk. Lunch: Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Lay's Barbeque Potato Chips, Mayonnaise , Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun. Dinner: Aquafina Water (16.9 oz), Grape Tomatoes, Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat with Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing on Bun. Snacks/Other: Publix Gala Apple (Medium), Costco Chocolate Mousse Cake. more...
