Didn't eat yesterday. I know...big NO NO...just was NOT hungry. Still wasn't this morning buy forced down my egg whites and small apple. Snack to come at 10:30. Psyched with this morning's weight...but could tip up again tomorrow with the introduction of FOOD. :)
240.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
