Super Bowl weekend, what can I say, also had a physical yesterday. BP, pulse all good. No medications, knees and ankles in good shape Doc wanted to know what I was there for. (-:
241.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
