Today was the first of Level-02 which gave a serious sweat, so my 30 minute jog was more about pacing than distance- kept it all o'steady. All in all an excellent start to the day!

Feeling Great!

- (15min)-Walked the dog.
- (26min)-Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred (Day 11of 30) Level-2 (Day 01 of 10).
- (01min)-Stationary Jog.
- (30min)-Jog.
- (03min)-Graduating Cool-down Walk.
141.4 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

god knows how much i hated the 30DS's level 2. i am totally supporting you, i know what you're going through ! :p level 3 is even worse though. keep up the good job ! x

Thanx a bunch. Those Pendulum Lunges with Hammer Curls had tripping all over myself. :-) It's not that I have balance issues or anything like that, I don't, but I just kept finding the rhythm of getting my knees to nearly touching the floor, somehow occulted by the new intense concentration of "bouncing" of my quads while pushing my legs into the right-angles so that they would be parallel to the floor. My legs thought they made of rubber. Bloogy Bloogy Bloogy! Haha! It'll pass as I go farther into it I'm sure, but Whew! :p

ahah ! i know right ! i had the same problem. it went away after a few practices ;) stay strong ! x
