Ok--back on the plan--amazingly, with some additional exercise, my stomach continues to get flatter and smaller and clothes fit better--but Christmas was a disaster with all those sweets. I need to work on limiting wine to 1 glass or have a diet beer--that is the current problem--we leave for Florida in 17 days--and I would love to make it to 130. something--that would be great. I think I am going to write daily until then--it helps.
