i shoveled snow forever yesterday. i don't know how i'm going to move at work. i have a snow blower but i figured i could use it for exercise. now my weight is showing it. :)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
