Ugh!! Alright. That Does It! No more will I allow outside forces to interfere with the attainment of my goal of 140. Kickin' it up a notch starting this very moment.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
