Great day...Joined Weight Watchers! Hope all is well.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

HEY LADY ITS NESHA FROM THE GYM! JUST WANTED TO COME BY TO ADD YOU TO MY BUDDY LIST AND TO GIVE YOU SOME ENOURAGEMENT. IT MAY SEEM SOME DAYS LIKE A STRUGGLE BUT YOU ARE DOING GREAT AND I MOST DEF. SEE THE RESULTS SO EVEN ON THOSE DAYS YOU THINK THAT YOU DIDN'T DO SO GREAT YOU STILL ARE PUTTING YOUR BEST FOOT FORWARD AND MAKING A CONSCIOUS DECISION TO RECOGNIZE THE THINGS THAT YOU KNOW YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER AND YOU WORK HARD IN THE GYM THAT I SEE!!!
