Thank God!!! I was wondering if I was gonna loose more that a pound. Kerry (my husband) lost 5.4 pounds this week. I am so proud of us...Hope to continue on this right track.

Good job! You have definitely been eating better. I still say you should up your calories a bit, but eat good things like LEAN chicken breast (not those breaded things) or lean ground turkey breast in place of hamburger meat.
