need to increase my water intake, because i am exercising! - and increase my shakes from 5 per day to 6 to 7 per day ! - going to try that for a week, and see how that goes !
196.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
